Keeping with tradition
In keeping with my tradition of not trying to own a vehicle made after 1979, I picked up this 1969 Chevy Truck. It will be our haul-to-the-dump-tow-our-small-flatbed-trailer-keep-me-out-of-the-fast-lane truck.

Inland Cruise Ship
Here in Riyadh there is a hotel that is in the shape of a cruise ship, for a desert city, that seems kind of strange to me.

Breaktime and Plumbing
We had 2 plumbing problems when I was at work , so during my break time, I had some plumbers come in and totally re-plumb everything under the house. We also had to replace the 2nd bathroom floor. Most of the old stuff should not have been there in the first place.

Compound Roundabout
There are 2 small roundabouts on the compound, this is the one with a moat and some small water spouts. No ducks, sad to say, but we have plenty of stray cats.

Summer Vacation
While in between jobs this summer, I spent a lot of time in the shop working on projects from the dirt bikes to the 59'. I spent a lot of time with Val and Conner too.
