Travels and other things

A flashback picture. This was the work in progress of the roof repair on my hanger in Al Asad Iraq. The original bomb holes weren't this big, but panels that had shapnel holes and bent ones were also removed. The dust falling down is cement dust that was from the blast, very large chunks of the floor were rolled off earlier. This was around The first of March in 2004.

The Iraqi repair crew actually lived in the hanger for the work week with little or no security. That wouldn't happen here or there now days.
